I wanted to create some chibi versions of the characters because I wanted this kind of funny scene in the readers' mind. At first, I thought about doing the scene using an app; I tried Gacha, but the result never turned out how I wanted it, so I decided to do it myself.
Since the Chibi style is a bit simpler than usual, I decided to use Krita. Krita is a free drawing software. I needed a software that I could use on my laptop; Photoshop is too much for it. So, I did some research and found Krita. It's different from Photoshop, but it has many similar commands and shortcuts. So, I downloaded a list of shortcuts to help.
I followed the same steps that I usually do in Photoshop, but since I couldn't find the Clipping Mask in Krita, I used the Selection tool a lot to create layers with colors and paint the characters.
The brushes are also somewhat different, including the settings, but I managed to figure it out and finally achieved a result that pleased my eyes.
What do you think? Tell me about it!
See ya!
